In 2008 you were removed from the Tribal Council for misappropriation of funds. You also state in your bio that you served as chair of the culture committee, in truth you hardly attended any meetings. How can you explain these actions?

Sorry that was paid back in full on December 19,2007. As to meetings I guess it's a crime not to attend special council meeting when they are being held illegally by not following the CONSTITUTION.  I was removed from tribal council for not attending SPECIAL MEETINGS. It states in the constitution Article IV Governing Council Section 5. Meetings. The tribal council shall meet at least quarterly. SPECIAL MEETINGS for emergency purposes can be called by chairperson or any two other members of the tribal council who petition in writing and stated the reason therefore. I did not attend most of these special meeting do to the fact that they were held illegally, I never received anything in writing from the chair or two other council members.

You know, I looked for you today to see if you wanted to discuss anything, but you arrived so late that we could not accomplish that. I am sorry that you are reacting so strongly and personally. As for me this is just really an important election and I want to keep everyone appraised of as many pertinent facts as possible. So I will avoid the trash talk and just hope that everyone votes on an informed basis and we elect candidates who will truly work for the best interests of our people and not just be out for the money, or for the purpose of abusing their own power. We have had enough of that already.

It's nice to see that you admitted miuse of funds and that you paid it back.  That still doesn't make it right.  Not attending meetings was not the only reason you were removed from council.  Would you like to elaborate?  These are questions, we would have liked to have the chance to ask you had you not sat in back of the room and not participated.  We understand that your very own sister voted you to be removed.  Obviously your actions were serious and not just missing a few meetings.
