• This incident occured on April 10th,2010 After the meeting the candidate forum.
• " Tribal member (Randee) was leaving the reservation area around 8:30 p.m. " I was with my son, and pulled into the gas staion on M66.  When I pulled up and noticed a silver honda pulling up next to me.  Unaware of any danger,I  entered the c-store to make my purchases.  When I was in the store I was approached by Nat Spurr.  He began yelling in my face about how I stole his candidate signs.  He claims he had a witness and that he would be filling a police report to put charges against me.  I was afraid of him, his temper was beyond bad.  I told him I did not take his signs. At that point his girlfriend moved their car to get gas and I had a chance to get to my car. "
